The company is not at all what it seems like from the outside. Management says one thing one week, and the opposite the next week. The company seems more focussed on how they can manage to sneakily pull off a return-to-office, than how to fix the glaring problems at the company. It feels like everything around us is on fire, and the company is just trying to make sure the proverbial frog doesn't realize the water is about to hit a boil.
