      Pros

      Great place to work. For a larger company, lots of opportunity to talk and work with people all across the organization.

      Cons

      Only 3 levels for engineers, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Principal Engineer.

We will share your comments on the structure for the software engineering team, as the leadership continuously strives to provide the best career and work experience for team members. We are also happy that you enjoy the opportunity to interact with people across Getty Images. We love our team members, too! We have found that the Donut program, which we rolled out in 2020, provided many of us with an opportunity to interact with team members we might otherwise not have gotten a chance to (particularly after we all moved to working remotely!), and enriched many of our working relationships.       Pros

      - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

      Cons

      - can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

      Pros

      WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

      Cons

      Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
