Pros

Amazing transparency. So refreshing to work for a company whose vision you can truly see and appreciate. More important than anything is the follow through. Whether it's addressing internal equality issues or tough editorial decisions, in the short time I've been here I see the action behind the words. There is a certain responsibility with being the content leaders of the world and glad to see this push us forward with our leadership principles.

Cons

Still a lot of tech work to do. I know we're a 25 year old product of a lot of system integrations, but now is the time to simplify and advance. We already have the best content, now lets just get it on the best platform for search and usability.

Thank you so much for sharing this feedback as well as your experience working at Getty Images. Transparency is key for us, and from our Global Leadership Team and across the board, we hope to be as open as possible around company changes, strategies, core drivers, and direction. This was evident through our All-Company Commitments in 2021 to hold every function accountable for high inclusion and equity standards. Our Culture and Diversity team continues to drive these goals and hold everyone accountable through quarterly reporting of progress and opportunities, employee trainings, and more. While there is always room to improve, we are on the right path to success - thanks to employees like you. On a similar note, there is a ton of opportunity for growth and expansion with our content. Our 2022 goals/core drivers indicate the path we are headed and how we will drive success for both our internal and external stakeholders. I encourage you to chat with your manager, functional leader, or HR Business Partner if you have additional insight. Thank you for all that you do!

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
