Trainings/ onboarding could be much improved, technology improvements take awhile and you are always in a long queue.

Hi there - thank you so much for sharing a Glassdoor review, as well as for your contributions to the organization for the past 9+ years. We are very fortunate to have Craig Peters as our CEO, as Craig is someone whose transparency, integrity, commitment to Getty Images, and care for our people is unmatched. This leadership trickles down and positively impacts everyone in the company, which then shapes our culture and builds on our goal of being the best place that you will ever work. While we continue to move forward in a hybrid workplace, we are adjusting our onboarding program so that it is a comprehensive and sufficient experience for all new hires, regardless of location or function. Our HRBPs will continue to partner with hiring managers and people managers to offer resources and support so that all employees feel engaged and that they are constantly developing. If you have anything else that you would like to share, please feel free to reach out at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Hello! Thank you for your review! We’re really glad to hear that you have a positive view of our culture, particularly the opportunity to engage with photographers and our adoption of new technologies. It’s also great to know that you found our environment supportive with opportunity for growth - we always aim to ensure employees feel that they can learn and grow within their role, and others. We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication during shifts and reorganizations. We recognize that periods of change can be challenging, and it’s important that our communication is clear, consistent, and inclusive so that employees feel heard and valued. Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
