- Base pay could improve to be more competitive
- Very US-centric (small regions have fewer resources (for staff & customers)/exposure/speaking power/ discount than the larger regions)
- Big improvements are required on DEI, agreed with the other peer mentioned about need more to be done than to be said, as even manager grades are not adapting to this company's mission
- Claimed work-life balance but most of the staff are working overtime caused by lack of staff, over workload, or long hiring progress, etc. And always have non-office hours (before/ after work and lunch hour) meetings.
- Due to lack of/ miscommunication, promotions arrangements are up to individual managers' personal understanding instead of a clear guideline.
