      Pros

      Exciting environment to work in if you like photography and digital media, and have an artistic and creative mindset. Everyone I have met has been a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      The best teams to be a part of are the ones that currently have the focus of top management and are achieving the company goals. (Basically the same situation at every company.) Perhaps not so much a con as to where you choose to be in your career as every position is important.

      Pros

      - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

      Cons

      - can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

      Pros

      WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

      Cons

      Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
