Hi, there - thank you for your review! I'm glad you had a positive experience while working with us! You mentioned family, benefits, and pay as some positives to your experience. We certainly work to make sure all employees have what they need to enjoy a positive work/life balance. This starts with our Flexible Work Principles and continues into our constant benchmarking of benefit and compensation offerings to ensure we always remain competitive in the market. I'm unfamiliar with your experience with downsizing. Getty works hard to ensure there are no large layoffs or downsizing. This was especially important during the pandemic and we have maintained this ideology. If you have anything further you'd like to discuss regarding this topic, or any other topic, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

- fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
