For example, we celebrate Cultural Days of Recognition; have monthly D&I calls that focus on various topics relevant to inclusive work; employees host Employee Resource Group meetings, which connect employees who are members of various minority groups, and bring awareness and learnings to those who aren't. We also have an All-Company Commitment to foster a diverse employee base and a culture of belonging, where all talents and perspectives are supported to thrive.
