Pros
Wonderful staff, welcoming community, commitment to diversity, administrative support, excellent benefits, opportunities for professional development. Gettysburg College is a fantastic place to work!
Cons
Outside of the College campus it is a very different community. The town of Gettysburg is a tourist town. When tourists are in town traffic can be a hassle, and when it is not tourist season, it is very sleepy. If you are used to city life, Gettysburg will be very different. The town goes to bed around 9 pm.
