      Great atmosphere and always surrounded by motivated employees. Good place to start a career if you are interested in administration or recent college grad.

      Cons

      Sometimes the upper management runs things too academically instead of using business methods to solve problems. Not a lot of opportunity to grow.

      Very good on-campus job. It is very easy to manage my time with athletics and academics for this role.

      Cons

      I get paid Pennsylvania's minimum wage.
