      The people are the best! Higher Education is a tough industry right now, and community/staff makes this job one to want.

      Pay/benefits aren't great. Tough to keep up with inflation and rising costs.

      Very good on-campus job. It is very easy to manage my time with athletics and academics for this role.

      I get paid Pennsylvania's minimum wage.
