      Pros

      I LOVED working on campus. Lunch is available for purchase on campus. Beautiful walking space and scenery. Great coworkers for the most part.

      Cons

      Pay was LOW, and expectations high. 2 departments demanding time from one admin assistant caused tension and stress. Lack of communication from higher ups. Lack of leadership.

      Very good on-campus job. It is very easy to manage my time with athletics and academics for this role.

      Cons

      I get paid Pennsylvania's minimum wage.
