Pros
+ Niche & Latest Technology opprotunity in embedded and Java space. I am working in a mix of both technologies + I feel empowered to work independently with support from experience senior techy folks + My boss gives me flexibility as I try to finish what is expected in time + Good envioronment + Get to play fussball and watch cricket when no pressing deliverables or late evenings + project events are good when project ends
Cons
- 2 canteens. 1 is good but food is less, 1 could have better food - Company sponsors lunch. Could sponsor snacks as well as in most IT companies - No stock options
