Despite the challenges, they support one another, collaborate effectively, and create a sense of camaraderie that makes the workplace more bearable. Their work ethic and commitment are truly the company’s greatest asset.

Leadership fosters a toxic work environment built on fear rather than trust. Employees are met with threats and punitive actions instead of support and guidance. Asking for clarity is discouraged and often results in retaliation. PTO is not respected—leadership views time off negatively and unfairly deducts hours to deplete earned PTO more quickly, limiting employees’ ability to take time off. Workloads and responsibilities continue to increase without additional compensation, while leadership remains opaque, unaccountable, and lacking in empathy. This is not a sustainable or supportive workplace.
