Pros
Work/life balance isn't bad I guess.
Cons
An insane amount of work with very little pay. Pay is around US minimum wage and you're expected to do the work of what 3 or more people would be doing in a normal company. People don't know how to communicate with each other. Adults are like children. Not enough toilets - 2 men's toilets on each floor. It was very common to see guys walk up and down various floors in search of somewhere to poop. Knowing Chinese or looking Asian is a disadvantage. Won't go into this. Business units fight against each other for no reason. A tremendous amount of pointless meetings. Skilled people leave and the not so useful stay. Avoid unless you're absolutely desperate for work as if you'd be homeless if you didn't have a job. I actually expected a lot more from what I perceived to be a prestigious company. Who would have known it's held together by tape and string.
