Pros
Good stepping stone as a first job into gaming/tech space, team members make effort to become friends and hang out outside of work hours. Don't need a college degree to work here.
Cons
Large pay disparity within the team for people who had similar job descriptions, many team members have low pay compared to market average for their roles ($17-$22/hr when it should be $25-$35/hr), heavy reliance on approvals from HQ in Taiwan (expect cultural western vs eastern difference in how to do business and time zones affecting when you do meetings), Expect both sexual and verbal harassment in front of other employees by the Director level (i.e. making suggestive comments about an employee's relative in front of other employees or verbally berating an employee in the middle of the building floor instead of having a private meeting about their performance.) Expect understaffing, I believe 4 people left the team within a year and they only hired 2 people to replace them.
