To those interested, provided a wide overview of products from production to RMA, allows for/calls for a lot of versatility. Benefits are fairly decent and get better with time.
Cons
Archaic in its internal functioning, no remote or hybrid work is allowed, project tracking is a headache until the right contacts are found. Turnover is fairly high, the company is not necessarily interested in retaining talents, only interested in retaining managers and good earners. Be ready to train yourself, no training is provided.
