The offices are centrally located and very trendy with a beautiful view of the city. The cutthroat, stressful environment will allow a junior to grow and be exposed to much more than other job opportunities would... That being said... Think twice.
Cons
Promises of advancement are made to many employees, very few are kept. You have to fight tooth and nail for what you deserve and rarely get it. Lack of respect for personal time. Micromanagement across the board. A very depressing environment. A good percentage of employees want to leave. They simply work such long hours that they don't have the energy to look for a new position. Everyone is looking over their shoulders because they think they are the next ones to be dismissed. Very high turnover rate, notably in the IT & HR departments.
