Pros

I love the people I work with, and the environment is fast-paced and challenging, so you're never feeling stagnant or bored. You can apply for an inexpensive membership to O2 Fitness (ESAC), which is only $9/month, and I can typically get away at lunch to go work out because there is a gym close by. There is a lot of room for upward movement in Sales, so work hard and you will be noticed.

Cons

There is very little training, so if you are not self-motivated then this may not be for you. You pretty much get thrown into everything right away - kind of a sink or swim atmosphere. They do not allow sitting on yoga balls in place of chairs or stand-up desks.

Pros

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
