Pros

top notch scientists, rapid pace, senior leadership takes action on results of the employee survey

Cons

no work/life balance - work 60+ hours/week, highly competitive for promotions so can be cut-throat, bonus/merit increase doesn't make up for rent increase, perks not competitive with other companies in the Bay area, runs lean (read understaffed) so stress level is really to high for most people, lots of egos to deal with

Pros

Really enjoyed working with the teams (especially Virology had their processes all in place) within Development. People were great and depending on your team - work life balance was great too! Benefits are also top notch and hard to let go of.

Cons

Reorgs and Leadership someone would fit people into roles, leaders being more talk etc.

Pros

The benefits and pay are really competitive. The clinical pipeline is very promising.

Cons

Leadership has had to tendency to change direction suddenly which puts a lot of strain on the employees. They work you to the ground. Everyone in supply chain is typically burned out.
