The employees you work with really care about you as a person. Great atmosphere in which to work.

Pro-rated paid time off would help out their regular scheduled part-time workers and show they value a part-time employee. If that is their goal to have more part-time employees versus full-time.

The people and workplace culture are great. Relaxed atmosphere. The job itself is fulfilling, challenging, and never the same.

The pay could be better. Other counties pay more for the same position.
