      Pros

      They have great health insurance. They pay all of the monthly premiums for the employee and a very small premium for spouse or family plan.

      Cons

      They don't pay the employees a living wage, basically starting very experienced people at entry level salaries. There is a lot of personnel drama within the organization. Employees tend to figure that out quickly and move on within a few years of hire.

      Pros

      The employees you work with really care about you as a person. Great atmosphere in which to work.

      Cons

      Pro-rated paid time off would help out their regular scheduled part-time workers and show they value a part-time employee. If that is their goal to have more part-time employees versus full-time.
