U will get to learn the things. Fellow Employees are cooperative and helpful. Parties and outings are there.

Cons

Salary is very very less. Not much offers for salary hike. Office building is very small and congested.

Best reason to work if you are friend & cousin bro/sister of CEO (amit jain) then you will grow crazy

Cons

Hell amount of politics even amit jain mentioned he cared about family . So if amit family & friends doesn’t like you then no place of growth . Most of their past employees left for same reason . Reach out to them
