In starting days of joining, it seems quite cool and cultured. But worst is yet begin

Cons

# doesn't have formal communication manner, leads even use abusive language. # unskilled and illiterate manager of one of the primary development team, he don't knw even how to talk with their team members. # politics # employees treated like slaves. # cheap and micromanagement # no work life balance # layed off during covid-19 panedamic, manager and lead played politics in that also.

Best reason to work if you are friend & cousin bro/sister of CEO (amit jain) then you will grow crazy

Cons

Hell amount of politics even amit jain mentioned he cared about family . So if amit family & friends doesn’t like you then no place of growth . Most of their past employees left for same reason . Reach out to them
