If you thinking to join Girnarsoft it is good for learning. It gives you more opportunity to grow in the organisation with a short span of time.

Cons

The main problem with the organisation is they will not provide you high salary as of end of 2013. May be you will get hike when in future.

Best reason to work if you are friend & cousin bro/sister of CEO (amit jain) then you will grow crazy

Cons

Hell amount of politics even amit jain mentioned he cared about family . So if amit family & friends doesn’t like you then no place of growth . Most of their past employees left for same reason . Reach out to them
