Their office, Their policies, Salary will be deposited in 4th of every month. Week by Week Saturday working. And many more restrictions. Don't believe in HR or other words directly. Please get full confirmation on your concerns then only think about joining in that company. I didn't get informed about the Saturday as working day at the time of offer. After joining in their company, at the time of induction (@2:00 PM, Monday) they informed me about that. Next day I need to go for 1 week training to Jaipur (my flight is @ 2PM Tuesday). So I decided to not to join in their company if Sat'day is working. So I informed the HR @ 8 AM Tuesday, I'm not interested, she said I can speak with my reporting manager about that. So I made a call to my manager @ 10AM, informed same to him. He said we can discuss about it with senior management once I reach the Jaipur. So I took the flight to Jaipur on Tuesday, and next day HR (Jaipur) informed me I need to follow the company rules and I informed her then I'm not interested. She asked me then why you came here. I informed all the discussion I had with HR (Hyd) and Manager. Even though they are trying to point gun on my side only. Even they refused to send me back to Hyd. So I booked flight tickets on my own. They troubled me like hell.
