Cons

No working hours capping work life is too harrasing. No comparison in performance only pre-plan Termination and PIP's which is also decided by Manager's special persons. No one cares about your basic requirements. If you raise your Issues regarding Internal politics then no action taken by HR or manager,

Best reason to work if you are friend & cousin bro/sister of CEO (amit jain) then you will grow crazy

Cons

Hell amount of politics even amit jain mentioned he cared about family . So if amit family & friends doesn’t like you then no place of growth . Most of their past employees left for same reason . Reach out to them
