Very good company to learn new technologies and it will push you to your limits to develop the learning curve in you. It is very nice working environment and helpful people around. manager grooms the resources very well. leadership is very good, things are looking good from company prospect perspective.

Best reason to work if you are friend & cousin bro/sister of CEO (amit jain) then you will grow crazy

Cons

Hell amount of politics even amit jain mentioned he cared about family . So if amit family & friends doesn’t like you then no place of growth . Most of their past employees left for same reason . Reach out to them
