Pros

Nice office, good amenities, they take care of employees. Supporting co-workers.

Cons

some politics exist in some levels. I was moths pregnant when I was asked to extend my work hours till 9 PM to finish a work which could have done next day. So not everyone, but yes some people are involved in such politics. During we were asked to resign without thinking twice about the employee, again it was because of some internal politics.

Best reason to work if you are friend & cousin bro/sister of CEO (amit jain) then you will grow crazy

Cons

Hell amount of politics even amit jain mentioned he cared about family . So if amit family & friends doesn’t like you then no place of growth . Most of their past employees left for same reason . Reach out to them
