      Executive leadership is egotistical and arrogant. Decision making is poor and not thought through. Treats employees like lines on spreadsheets.

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
