Unfortunately, the biggest issue at this company is the CEO. Leadership lacks transparency, strategic direction, and the ability to genuinely listen to employees or adapt to challenges. Decisions often seem reactive rather than thoughtful, and morale suffers as a result. The company has potential, but without a change at the top — or at least a shift in leadership approach — it’s hard to see things improving.
