Pros

Team was great. Management was always there to help you. Lots of training opportunities, and workshops for call reviews. Opportunity to volunteer at exclusive nonprofit events in the area to see how platform works. Plenty of shoutouts on zoom calls - hard work does not go unnoticed.

Cons

Cold-calling can get rough at times. Managing 60 calls per day at least.
