The micromanagement is real, if you're not LDS(mormon), forget about getting promoted. Ancient Technology, workplace harassment, and no incentive to do good work leads to a disastrous time. Avoid at all costs, or your mental health will suffer.

Very supportive Environment, leadership makes time for you. Remote set up makes the role even easier.

Cons

Banking is a detailed structure, learning the ropes takes more time than other industries. Nothing about this comment is a negative to their work environment or the role. Just a learning curve.
