Pros
Lower level management (assistant and operations supervisors), tellers, and new accounts folks are great. The benefits are also good, including 401k; health, vision, dental, life insurance; Christmas bonuses; etc Not the best package but a very good one. Hours are consistent with a bonus if you work Saturday. As long as you follow the rules and have a very good attention to detail, the work is varied and enjoyable. There are opportunities for lower advancement (though they don't reward the extra work you'll be doing). Mostly computer work but you move around. If you pester them enough, they'll get you a more ergonomic setup.
Cons
Pay is lower than many competitors. Wage will not increase from either cost of living or exceptional service. Be ready to be denied earned raises and titles. HR will not protect you and can itself act very unprofessionally. It also misuses its branch-level management and then repeatedly throws them under the bus. I wouldn't work here again because of what I witnessed of HR's behavior. Including a witch hunt where HR went around asking very leading questions and then publicly humiliated employees without proof . . . and never even dealt with the person who was actually the problem. I left after I saw that, because I learned they might turn on anyone, and I didn't want to be next.
