Pros

1. Really compelling product. 2. The people here are very kind. 3. Leadership seems to be listening to feedback (although not many tangible actions yet).

Cons

1. Most of the development and product teams are in Israel which leads to very poor support and response times for our US Customers. 2. Benefits are not very generous compared to similar companies. 3. Company is still VERY siloed which causes incredible frustration for our customers and staff. The team in Israel is not very responsive. Period. 4. Given how much of the company revenue comes from US companies, we have (and continue to) under-invest in building a team here especially given our focus on Enterprise customers.
