I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work - You are given your authority to voice - Work processes are set by the people and they adhear to same - Extremely supportive team in critical situations

Dynamic work environment for a small US location, which equates to never a dull day. Lean work environment where each employee will get the opportunity to be hands on in every faucet of the industry. Competitive pay for the size of organization and industry. All and all a great place to work.
