Pros
I worked for the Automation group. They were recently acquired. Many people were the same, and they were great. Like working in a small business, but actually was part of the large company. The pay was good and benefits were good. The work was challenging and engaging
Cons
Only got paid once a month. That was a pain. The Corporate world tried to impose its ways on the small business. That was not always efficient or effective within the smaller division.
