Living in the past - Quality Gleason Employee Review

This company does not care about its employees. They offer horrible benefits, pay poorly, and lack communication across all levels, from my division to corporate. They operate as if it is the past without upgrading systems. They do not offer competitive wages, and refuse to do anything positive for their employees because it would cost them a penny. A group of people over 60 run the company, so you can imagine how stuck in the past this place is. My direct boss is great to work for but the leadership of this organization is driving me to look elsewhere.
