Pros
The location and beautiful grounds are absolutely magical. There are repetive guest that come back all the time and knowing them on a first name basis makes you feel like you have achieved your goals.
Cons
The amount of labor and pay isn't equal. There is a lot of detail to the job which is a con and a pro to make the bigger picture perfect.
