Stand up company with great management - Computer Scientist GliaCell Technologies Employee Review

Since starting with GliaCell, the co-CEOs have been excellent and are personally involved with the employees. The HR/recruiting team have also been excellent in helping find and connect me with teams that are a good fit. The entire GliaCell team goes out of their way to be invested in the employees and the professionalism of the team continues to grow every year. We now have stylized headquarters that communicates who we are and reinforces the pursuit of excellence that GliaCell embodies. I would recommend GliaCell as a first stop for anyone looking for federal contracting work in the area.

As a sub-contractor you can be embedded on teams where you aren't interacting with other GliaCell employees as much. That can be kind of a bummer, but is a common problem shared by all sub-contracting firms in the area.
