Pros
So many things that I could list here as great things about working at GlideFast. It all starts with the leadership! They are very involved and you know that you always have their support. They encourage you in your professional growth and celebrate with you along the way. From a day-to-day standpoint, you get to work 100% remote but you feel so connected to your co-workers. You immediately get made to feel like you're part of the GlideFast family! Everyone is there for each other both personally and professionally.
Cons
For some people, the 100% remote might feel like a con. You don't get face-to-face interaction with people like you would in a corporate office. I thought this was going to be an issue for me but by being involved on Slack it feels like they are just down the hall!!
