Pros
The working environment is based on a very welcoming and cooperative community. We're always learning and getting stronger in our skills. The work is rewarding and you get to working in a diverse set of environments.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. As an employee, I feel like I'm supported, listened to, and that my opinion matters. At the end of the day, it's a job, but it's a rewarding one. Remember hearing about those? Yeah, me too and now I've got one. If you'd like a complaint: I'd like to be paid the same salary in USD instead of CAD :).
