Pros
I've been with GlideFast less than a year. Wasn't sure I wanted to jump from my previous employer to GlideFast. I enjoyed my previous employer. That said, going to GlideFast was the best professional move I've ever made. I was a bit hesitant to write this, because I didn't want it to sound contrived, or like an ad. I'm an employee who puts a lot of worth into work/home life balance. The amount of support given for that by GlideFast is insanely good. And it's legit from the very top and continues down the line. The support you receive from coworkers, management, executive level is awesome. Another thing I've really appreciated, is... no one feels off limits. At my previous employer, you couldn't just contact executives out of the blue and expect a timely response. I can vouch that doesn't happen at GlideFast. They're "real" people for lack of a better phrase. They're people who care, and understand. Hopefully this last part doesn't come off rude -- but having a "common sense" strong executive/management is so important. There is no disconnect between "levels" of workers. It feels like we're all on the same plane with different responsibilities. The appreciation given to everyone is VERY tangible.
Cons
I sat here trying to think of a con for roughly 2-3 minutes before typing. The only one that I can think of, is getting acclimated to a client. For example... something a client asks for seems a bit silly, but they paid for it and they want it -- though... that happens everywhere, and GlideFast is awesome at answering questions or making the acclimation/reasoning smoother. Smoother as in... you don't feel like you're wasting your time building something that won't be used.
