GlideFast fosters a culture of excellence. I've been surrounded by inspiring, intelligent, driven people who also happen to be super nice. I've been working at GlideFast for a year. I came in with 18 months experience on an IT Service Desk. I used ServiceNow but didn't know the first thing about implementation when I started. Everyone has helped me on my journey from zero coding experience to becoming a productive developer working with amazing teams of professionals. Compensation is competitive with an aggressive track for learning and regular pay increases. GlideFast pays for certification tests and provides a path to learning and personal growth in your career. I can't say enough about how great it feels to work here. They also do an annual retreat where they fly the entire company (500+ people) out to a resort and pay for flights, hotel stay, meals etc. I've never seen or heard of any other company doing this for their employees.
