      Pros

      The training was good and continually improving. No day at work was ever the same. The majority of my co-workers were terrific to work with. Starting pay was comparable to other area EMS agencies. The employee foundation and tuition reimbursement seemed like great programs.

      Cons

      Upper management constantly oversteps the boundaries of hourly employees, frequently placing people in positions of responsibility/authority without proper compensation or training (because they are only interim). Wage compression was a MAJOR issue. The expectation that employees work overtime, leading to egregiously long shifts, perpetuates a very concerning and dangerous industry standard.

      It is a very fulfilling job! Great leadership ans positive work culture.

      There is little opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      I love working at Global Medical Response. My coworkers and leadership team make the job fun. Our Teams' main focus is on our members, patient care, and providing the best customer service. I really enjoy being on this team and I thank God every day for blessing me with this job opportunity. My job and the company I work for have changed my life. This company has put families and our safety first. We have the tools we need to complete daily tasks and there is not one thing that I could think of that our teams could do to make our jobs better. Friendly faces, positive environment, safety, pay
