      Pros

      At our terminal we weren't micro managed by corporate which allowed us to do our jobs and get stuff done.

      Cons

      The company is a decade behind in the HR and IT departments. They don't understand how jobs work outside of the office and its a struggle to get anything simple done like getting reimbursed for travel and expencies.
