Pros
People constantly called out so opportunity to add more hours when you’re part time. Possible yearly raise for all employees. Able to go to school full time.
Cons
Low pay. Managers forcing you to stay past your shift because people called out and they don’t want to come in/stay longer. Expected to work rush hours running a register, helping customers, and make food by yourself. Sexual harassment that’s constantly reported but upper management does nothing about it.
