      pay and benefits, ceo is a good guy.

      horrible leadership, ceo is being taken advantage of. Hopefully eric sees this, hes a good guy. Lots of favoritism, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Very Very Very poor communication to the field, read the other reviews, VERY TRUE.
