Toxic masculinity abound and goes totally unchecked. Senior leadership has their hands in every decision which leads to lots of re-work. Employees are not trusted to take action alone but there is so much work to do that everything feels impossible. Every decision was made by committee. An incredible amount of meetings. Not to mention there was actual, real bullying happening. No real opportunity for career growth. Too many issues to name. Just so bad.
