      Remote Work, excellent TA team and mid-level management.

      Cons

      You can hit all your KPI metrics and add extra value in wave initiative hiring and projects, but it will never get you ahead. If you're looking for a pay for performance and meritocracy model in talent acquisition, this is NOT the company for you. This is an excellent training ground if you are new to in-house recruiting.
